The Nina, designed with the mini-fashionista in mind, brings cool colors, fun graphics, and Bern's patented soft flip visor to the littlest riders. A scaled-down version of our best-selling Berkeley, the Nina features our proprietary Zipmold + construction, an ultra-lightweight design, and a secure velcro adjustment system for a perfect fit.

In terms of comfort, the quick-adjust, hook-and-loop stabilizing adjustment at the back of the head ensures a proper fit. The wicking polyester lining keeps moisture away from the head and face, and the removable liner is machine washable.

Regarding protection, the ZipMold construction injects high-impact liquid foam and fuses it to a lightweight PVC shell, resulting in a seamless, low-profile fit and a high strength-to-weight ratio. The helmet meets safety certifications ASTM F 2040, CPSC, and EN 1084.

The Nina also offers replaceable Kids ZipMold Warm and Cold Weather Liners, allowing riders to adapt to different weather conditions. Additionally, users can easily attach our PDW Bike Light, which quickly secures to the helmet, or add a cold weather bike liner to ride all season long.
